Agriculture

The overall health of any crop is of paramount importance within agriculture. We at Drone Corps recognise the importance to our famers of obtaining a maximum yield from whatever crop is sown. Drone use in agriculture is increasing exponentially and farmers are realising the cost savings they can make in employing a drone to assist them in areas which used to be completed using more traditional, time-consuming methods.

Crop Inspection is one such area where a Drone can provide information to the farmer in real time, allowing them to react to the many complex situations they face getting to harvest. An overhead shot, in high definition, taken from any height up to 120 meters, allows for large expanses of land to be examined in one viewing. Issues such as infection, pests or anything from the myriad of other challenges can be identified quickly. Remedies can then be sought, saving time and expense.
